Cancellation Policy

Virtual Class Cancellation Policy This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of scheduled virtual classes. By registering for and/or attending a class, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following: Cancellation Notice Requirement Participants must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time to cancel a class without penalty. Cancellation Fee Any cancellation made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled class (“no-show”), will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of ten dollars ($10.00). Rescheduling Participants who cancel with proper notice may reschedule their class without penalty, subject to instructor availability. Payment of Fees The cancellation fee is due immediately upon assessment and must be paid in full prior to booking or attending any future classes. Acknowledgment By enrolling in a virtual class, the participant confirms understanding and acceptance of this cancellation policy in its entirety.
